Our Partnerships

The Centre works in partnership with Woollahra Council and its elected Councillors and staff, to provide services in the Woollahra local government area that support the community and improve the quality of life for individuals.

Holdsworth also acknowledges funding and partnership arrangements with:

• The Home and Community Care (HACC) program aimed at helping frail older people and people with a disability who would otherwise be prematurely or inappropriately admitted to residential care to live independently in their own homes.
  The HACC program is a joint Commonwealth/State initiative and is administered in NSW by Ageing Disability and Home Care, Department of Human Services (ADHC) and NSW Transport & Infrastructure which supports our extensive Community Transport program

• Community Services, Department of Human Services in the provision of family services

• South Eastern Sydney and Illawarra Area Health Service in the provision of medically related individual transport
