Our Staff
It is a privilege to be part of Holdsworth and to work with the
team that comes together to do such worthwhile and rewarding work. At
any one time we have up to 150 people working or volunteering with
us. We have an inclusive approach to service provision and value
the contributions that everyone can bring from their varied backgrounds,
skills, experience and culture.
We have a small management and support team based at the Centre,
with a much larger team of field staff and volunteers delivering
our programs, both from the Centre and from other venues in Eastern
Sydney. Because of our holistic approach to client and carer
services, all of our staff will be alert to the range of services
that might be appropriate for individual clients, especially
as those needs change due to health or mobility.
We are always interested in hearing from people who would like
to work with us, in regular full-time or part-time roles, or
as casual staff. As and when vacancies arise we will be advertising
them below and in the usual media.
Many of our former volunteers and casual staff have gone on to
permanent employment at the Centre or in similar organisations. We are an excellent training
ground for any one looking for a career in the delivery of service to children,
older people or to anyone living with disability or their carers.
