2010 is Holdsworth's Year of Celebrating Diversity.Throughout the year we will celebrate diversity will special events, seniors outings to locations and restaurants from diverse cultures and multicultural themes to many of our regular activities.
Our Fun Day and Art Exhibition were held at the centre on May 2, celebrating diversity with music, food and fun! See photos at our Facebook page. We want to acknowledge the many perfomers who put on such a great show:

Holdsworth Carer Resources
A range of Carer Resources has been donated by Holdsworth to augment the Waverley Library collection of informative books and audiovisual material for people who are caring for someone who is frail aged, has a disability or has memory loss. The Holdsworth Carer Resources project waslaunched in February 2010 and they are held at Waverley Library, Denison St Bondi Junction.

When shopping at Kidstuff mention the Holdsworth Centre and Kidstuff will donate 5% of the cost of your purchases to the Centre. Woollahra, Double Bay, Camperdown and other locations.

Landmark book from Holdsworth
Opening the doors (a book of carers' stories) was launched on 21 October 2008 (see ( MediaRelease) by Rev. Dorothy McRae- McMahon (pictured above). Further details here. Cost $12 if collected from the Centre or $15 if mailed (incl. GST) Order Form.
Annual General Meeting
The 2009 Annual General Meeting of Holdsworth Community
Centre Woollahra Inc. and Holdsworth Family Services Inc. was held on Thursday 24 September 2009 at the Centre. The 2009 - 2010 Board of Directors was elected and the Holdsworth Annual Report 2008-2009 ( PDF 1.5mb) was tabled.
