We work with families to design a personalised plan that identifies the supports that your child needs now and helps you plan for the future.
Whether you are interested in helping your child to learn everyday living skills, improve their communication, overcome behavioural challenges or to make friends and build connections in the community, we can work with you to determine the supports you need and assist you to put them in place.
We currently provide many different services and programs for children with disabilities including after-school, Saturday and School holiday programs in addition to a range of camps and getaways throughout the year. We are always happy to investigate new options and personalise the supports needed to meet the individual needs and aspirations of the child or teenager.
The best way to determine which supports might be appropriate for your child is to contact Holdsworth and set up a time to speak to one of our highly qualified team members who can provide information about supports that Holdsworth can provide and make referrals to other organisations if needed.
