A new service for people with
Younger Onset Dementia

Holdsworth is now being funded by HACC to provide this new service. It is for people living in the 5 LGAs of City of Sydney, Waverley, Woollahra, Randwick and Botany.

The service is for anybody under 65 who has been diagnosed with dementia. There is no restriction based on the level of dementia or if they have an additional physical disability.

It is a service where a trained staff member works alongside the person, encouraging, supporting and pursuing activities that brings pleasure and satisfaction.

The rich range of activities can be anything that is significant to the person, from warm companionship to fulfilling lifetime ambitions, and anything in between. See brochure.

If you would like further information about this service, or wish to make a referral, contact us on 9302 3600 or e-mail intake@holdsworth.org.au
