Donations
There are many ways in which you can contribute to the work of
the Centre and its services. This can be by way of giving your
time or expertise as a volunteer by
becoming a member or by making
a donation or bequest. While we receive, and appreciate, funding from various government
sources we also rely on financial assistance (and assistance in
kind) from the community, business and our members. Donations or
bequests of any amount are an invaluable way of supporting your
community. Financial donations can be of a general nature to support
the services we deliver or for a specific purpose. Donations in
kind can be of equipment for the centre or for items to be used
in our fundraising activities. See list of donors below.

Our two Ambassadors help us raise the profile of our services in the broader community. Donna Hay is our Goodwill Ambassador and
Dr Colin Mendelsohn works with us as Ambassador to the medical profession and is instrumental in getting the message about our services to many isolated clients. |

In December 2010 Michael Puterflam inspired donations of nearly $6,000 shared between Holdsworth and 2 other charities through his Guinness World Record breaking 36 hours of non-stop FIFA gamesmanship. |
